Sacred Sexuality Circle

Our sexual energy is one of the most potent forces in our bodies.

Come and spend an evening in co-ed community learning about how to protect, cultivate, and work with your erotic energy in a safe, consensual, and sacred environment.

Together, we create the container of safety. From there, we use familiar elements of ritual and practices such as guided meditation, breathwork, sharing, and ceremony to explore sacred sexuality. Your connection to pleasure is related to your connection to yourself. We will try ways to better connect to ourselves. The evening is designed for couples or solo folks of all genders. The act of talking about sex, sexuality, and relating can be radically freeing and empowering.

Emily Hershberger weaves in her studies of the Erotic Blueprints, Orgasmic Arc, Tantra, Existential Kink, yoga, and meditation with her love of ceremony and animism to bring you this evening at Rootstock.
