There’s nothing quite like winter on Beach Hill and, though participants in this course will benefit from the wisdom of this place via its Land Wife and Steward, Beana, they will also have an opportunity to come and touch it! This retreat occurs in the 3rd month of the protocol, the Intuitive Practice component, and will provide an opportunity to microdose in community. Here’s a sample agenda for the retreat:

Sunday, March 9th

  • 9-10am – Arrival at Rootstock

  • 10am – Opening circle & intention setting

  • 11:30am – Winter wander to the Dragon Rock

  • 1:00pm – Potluck Lunch & Toasts to Winter

  • 2:00pm – Gong Meditation & Sound Bath

  • 3:00pm – Winter Wood-Fired Bathhouse & elemental healing in The Oasis

  • 4:30pm – Closing circle

  • 5:00pm – Guest departures
