There’s nothing quite like spring at Rootstock. This day retreat is an opportunity to step off Zoom and onto the land, bringing the teachings of the Medicine of the East into a shared, in-person space.

The day is designed to support integration through time on the land, shared practice, and an opportunity to microdose in community.

Here’s a glimpse of what our day will look like:

Sunday, June 7, 2025

9-10am – Arrival at Rootstock (Folks coming a distance are welcome to book a nest and wake up here!)
10am – Opening circle & intention setting
11:30am – Spring wander to the Dragon Rock
1:00pm – Lunch & Toasts to Spring
3:00pm – Spring Wood-Fired Bathhouse & elemental healing in The Oasis
4:30pm – Closing circle
5:00pm – Guest departures (Book a bunk for the night if you’d like a more spacious experience or have a ways to travel)

Arriving early? If you’d like to make a weekend out of your time on the hill, you’re invited to join Biodanza on Friday June 5th which is a co-ed all genders welcomed space and/or Moon Circle on Saturday June 6th. This is a women’s circle and a really beautiful way to land, connect, and arrive more fully.
