Elemental Alchemy: Autumn Equinox

Finally, we step out of the Zoom and onto the land at Rootstock.

This Autumn Equinox day retreat is an invitation to gather in ceremony and step into a lived experience of the work. Whether you are completing an immersion, just beginning, or arriving with your own practice, this day offers space to ground, connect, and deepen.

We’ll begin the day in circle with a welcome and orientation, followed by a guided microdosing ceremony and gentle breath and movement practice to open the body.

From there, the afternoon opens into a more fluid, self-guided experience. The wood-fired bathhouse will be open as a central space for rest, integration, and elemental healing, alongside the tea house and broth bar, walking meditation paths, altar building, art space, forest bathing, and quiet places for reflection. You are welcome to move intuitively, following what calls you.

Optional sessions will be woven throughout the day, including voice activation, intuitive movement, and crystal sound healing.

We’ll gather again in the evening to close in circle, sharing and integrating the day together

6:30pm – Guest Departure or Nesting for the Night
